已经想不起上次用中文写部落格，写作文是什么时候了。。感觉这语言很陌生，不知从何下手。。ahem。。。ahem。。。难不倒我的。。。

暮然回首，才发现自从离开了UTAR之后，我都是活在半退休状态，肆无忌惮的享受生活，挥霍着青春,当然，还有钱。。。“把钱花光，为国争光”———— 和爸妈旅行时听到的，个人感觉把它套在我身上还满贴切。。。

虽说是半退休，这两年我经历了，也看透了很多，譬如说“外国的月亮比较圆”？一部分是对的。。。惬意的生活，优越的念书方式和学习环境是铁一般的事实，因此这一年我得到的知识远比UTAR的3年来得多。。。在数百人的讲堂里发表意见，与教授对峙（mentally, non-physical)是不会在UTAR看到的景象。。。在马来西亚估计会被教授报复，当掉吧。。。

“外国的月亮比较圆” 错的那部分，就留给我自己吧，免得受到无情的轰炸。。。

那是因为我曾经被亏 “身在福中，不知福, 可以继续深造还嫌东嫌西的？？” 我很想以此回应。。 “怎么样？！？！不能吗？？？心理不平衡吼？？？” 我觉得人的一生有分不同的阶段的，每个阶段都有不同的难题，每个阶段都有不可能完成的任务。。。请不要以你的工作和我的读书生活比较，这样会活得开心点。。。比较，多没意思。。。不如想想怎么冲事业，把它带到另一个高峰吧。。。

当大学同侪都在为工作，为事业干的没日没夜，我却还在原地踏步（事业上）。。。继续的摊开手板领钱，很是羞耻。。。也很是幸福 :P 别揍我。。还好，离顺利毕业还剩下4个月。。。顺利这两个字是很重要的。。。因为毕业后我也要为我的事业打拼了，追上你们的脚步！

Trotting around our neighboring country is why I am so engaged after coming back from Sydney, a shopping trip to Singapore, which is ridiculous as things there are much more expensive (mostly) and rambled through the narrow alleys in Bali.

Leaving a place where I have been living for the past five months seems to be more dismal than I thought, Jessica (housemate) has asked me why I don't look excited as the day of departing is approaching, I don't know...

Maybe I am sure that the staggering fees and living expenses paid were worthwhile...

Maybe I had a wonderful semester where outings and studies were well-balanced...

Maybe I know that I will miss the feeling of freedom...

Maybe I know that I will miss my friends here...

Or...hmm...I don't know...

One thing I am sure at this moment is that, coming here is the best decision I had made in my life. Learning things that will never be learned with the education system in Bolehland, despite of the steep costs. The taste of freedom and being independent is sweet, though sometimes I wished that my 'Kakak' will appear from nowhere and do all those chores.

Home is just five days away from me, but I'm not as excited as I thought I'll be, it's sort of like an assorted collection of feelings, with excitement, anticipation, whereas on the other hand, bored and misery... weird huh?

I guess most of my friends would want to kill me by only reading my title, when everyone is being occupied by their work, but I'm here saying that I'm bored...Yea I know, it's very different between work and study life, but I guess it all depends on how you balance your work and life...

GOLD COAST~

As promised, I'm going to post photos of Gold Coast trip with my housemates, it was a 4 days trip and the airfare + accommodation + theme parks tickets were only A$350, so cheap loh~ Not cheap, cheap. It's cheap in the way that we expected to cost at least A$500 for all these. Get what I mean? Whatever!

At the beginning of the flight I was able to see the Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge at about 4000 feet (I'm not sure BTW, just an estimation) Astounded and forgotten to capture it with my camera, haiz..

This is not bad too, right? =P

The flight ended in about one and a half hour, 6 of us wandered around GC airport without knowing where to go, which bus to catch......but hours later we had arrived safely to our apartment!

The first day ended with motiveless wandering at Surfer's Paradise and a visit to Jupiter had sponsored the entire fare of my trip :D yeah~!!!!
We went Dreamland (one of the theme park at GC) the other day and had great great fun there!!

The last day started kind of earlier.....4am in the morning, i bet most of my Malaysian friends are still up by that time as it's only 2am haha...you know who I'm talking about, you clubbers!! LOL..

Wake up at that time was not easy, but was totally worth it!!

Yea yea yea, I know it had been a month for not updating but I think most of you would choose a better quality long post instead of tweeter like short post, right?

My life had been kind of fascinating these few weeks, went to another stunning beach at Sydney, Coogee Beach, celebrated my birthday at overseas for the first time, being able to finish heaps of assignments before my mid semester break (which I'm currently having, for last 2 days though) and flew to Gold Coast!!!

There are gazillions of photos that I would like to share, but not to blow much of your time and MY time, I will choose those that are worth sharing! Sometimes I wonder, should I maintain this blog or create a Flickr account just for the sake of photo sharing...any idea?

I think I've changed, in a perspective that I'm not able to explain. I start to love Australia, the mild weather, fresh air, blue sky, fluffy cloud, and everything. I'm adapting sooner than I thought.....OK, lets put a pin at this topic and move on to photos~~

Tomorrow will be my one month anniversary at Sydney, the excitement had long gone, what's left is the nostalgia that bang my head every night, before I sleep. That is the time when memories will emerge one along with another from no where...

I've already forgot why I chose to study here...but I gradually understand that the meaning of "appreciate what you own" JUST BEAR WITH IT! for another 4 months...and I'm home for Summer break!

Uni loads is getting heavier, YS and I have not much time to travel around except to Coles for our groceries =.= therefore I didn't shoot much recently but I just can't wait for the arrival of November as I'll be backpacking to other cities at Aussie!! WUUHOOO~

Gorgeous beach can be found everywhere in Australia, never mention the renowned Gold Coast, there's quite a number of noteworthy beaches right here at Sydney. Here's the pictures I took at Bondi Beach, the first beach I've even been to at Aussie!! and I was like....blown away by the clarity of the sea, softness of the sands and the bluish sky....(my uncle said it's just 1 of the well-publicized beach at Sydney, there's lots of unknown beaches nearby and unknown beaches always means marvelous!! Can't wait to go there!!)

Life over the southern hemisphere~

So I'm over here for more than a week, and I know I've not update my blog for quite some time but it can be forgiven as my class officially started on Monday!! Besides, there's just too many house chores (which I never ever did in my lifetime, SO FAR) every day!! Cleaning, washing, shop for groceries, COOKING and BLA BLA BLA~~~~~ All these tasks would definitely be the burden of my studies, haiz...god bless me...

My Aussie life begins right after I touched down on the Sydney Airport, I was welcomed by the chilly breeze of Australia's winter, on top of that, the sky was enshrouded with dark clouds covering the sun that gave me warmth and hope. Upon clearing all the customs checking, I took a cab and go straight to my rented room to meet up with Ying Siew.

We went to the city to buy quilt and blankets, pillows and other necessities on my first day. That night ended with great despair and sadness as my bed is very small and hard, excruciating shower, the unfamiliar environment and the cold winter. (I do not have a heater by that time)

Second day was way better! We went to city again and with the guide of Li Ling (Ying Siew's couz) we found Pancakes on The Rocks after moments of wandering.

These are the best pancakes I've ever eaten! You can tell how nice is it by only looking at the photos right? especially the first one! haha I'll definitely tastes other flavors before I leave Aussie!

After the kinda expensive meal we walked (In this week, the distance I walked exceeds all the walking for a whole year in Malaysia!! I need a pair of decent running shoe!!) to the Sydney Opera House and these were what we saw....

It's soooo large and well equipped compared to Malaysia's Machines or MacStudio or others! But it isn't fair to compare as there's no Apple Store in Malaysia, YET (hopefully).

That's the end of my second day...Now you know why second day is better...and the best so far...

My friend and I found that dining out at Sydney is very expensive, if we convert the amount to RM, in average it costs about AUD10-15 per meal, which is RM30 to RM45...so we've set a rule among our self, we will cook our lunch and dinner on weekdays and dine out on weekend. (though we had just broke the rule today...hehe) So below is the first lunch we cooked our self.

Thanks to all my sweet, lovely and dear friends and relatives for their wishes and blessings who made my last few months in Malaysia memorable and difficult to leave, especially all the Ang Paos from my relatives LOL~

It seems like every day, every meal, every outing and the surprised party was special, with a purpose, countdown to THE day, today is the day…..

I’ll update my blog when I can, especially the surprised party and my life over there.

Life is a one way route that is full of choices; each and every choice you choose will lead you to a unique destination, where most of the time, to revoke what you’ve chose and did is merely impossible.

Upon graduation from UTAR, I was being presented with several choices:

Measuring land at home and EXPECTING for few thousand ringgit every months
Wash my butt and start working for my dad
Beg for a job from all those evil employers out there and start working
Continue to enjoy my life by studying locally
Change my life utterly by studying overseas

I desperately wanted to choose the first choice as it sounds very appealing, but it will only happen if I’m the son of a multi-billionaire and apparently I’m not. Besides, I don’t think myself capable of facing the challenges presented by the working environment YET, so it strikes out number 2 and 3. Now I can only choose to further my studies, but locally or overseas?

Are you nuts? Still need to consider meh? Sure go overseas lah!! My friend told me........

After some extensive research which involves the usage of questionnaires and SPSS (kidding, google will do the wonder), I’ve chose the most expensive and significant choice of my life (up to date), to pursue my Master at Australia.

Some say, working experience is so darn important that it’ll determine your success or failure in the corporate world. Yayaya, I knew about it looooong ago, but with or without experience, you’ll probably end up taking a master in order to climb to GM or higher level, right isn’t it?

This is how I made my choice in case if u wonders…

Motiveless Journey

Foreword: This is a freaking long post (at least to me), please bear with it and read till the end. Don't forget to gimme some comments after reading. Thank you, enjoy!

Some say life is like a one way ticket, there’s no return, and therefore we’ve to live life to the full. Sounds very logic to me, because I always believe that time is too precious to be wasted, but how you define waste?

Do you think playing computer game is a waste of time? Do you think doing sports is a waste of time? Do you think reading story book is a waste of time? Or do you think I’m wasting my time writing this blog? You decide.

I’ve just gone through a motiveless period which will come to an end very soon of my life, to be precise it’ll end on the 12th July 2009 as I’ll probably be wandering around the airport of Sydney on that day.

When I say motiveless, it doesn’t mean that it is a waste, it literally means “without a motive”. Upon graduation, my ex-group mates have found their jobs one after another, whereas I had rejected the offer of a company. You guys might wonder since I’m not working, what the heck I was doing during these months? Let me illustrate this period in a chronological order.

Now you roughly know what I did during these months, but as there's around 190 days, and almost gazillion outings with friends. I can't write here precisely or post every pictures of what I did from day to day, this is just a tiny weeny portion of pictures I took in the past 6 months.

Some of you might think I’m wasting my time, corrupted and rotten to the core for not working and spending money like there’s no tomorrow, but to me this motiveless period would be a scarce experience and definitely the happiest moment up to date, so I don’t feel that these 6 months are wasted.

Ask yourself, after you’ve start working, will you have the chance to do whatever you want? Like planning a trip without considering how many leaves you have, or sleep when you’re tired and wake only when you feel refreshed.

A lot of my friends are whining to me that after they’ve start working, life has become a routine, and in normal circumstances you’ll have to keep the routine for more than 30 years, only and HOPEFULLY ends after you retired. So do you think my PROBABLY ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience a waste? You decide.

Many of you might think, “Oh it’s another new blog; let’s see how long it’ll be maintained”. Yeap, I don’t know why I’ll create this blog as I didn’t blog since a gazillion years after my Friendster blog and MySpace had been frozen in the ice age, and I don’t know I’ll keep it up to date for how long because it’s ultimately rely on my vanishing perseverance, but I’ll try my best to update at least once a week.

However, there must be some reasons for me to spend all the efforts in filling up the form to create a blogger account, choosing a nice template, copying and modifying the html codes and start writing. I’ll use this blog to put my life in writing (and pictures too, of course), especially the year ahead of me, because I’ll engage in a totally different lifestyle.

I’ll illustrate my life mainly by using pictures and photos. I know this is old fashion, but “a picture will tell a thousand words” would definitely harmonize with what I’m trying to say. Besides, I hope that my blog will be a medium for me to keep in contact with my friends, and whoever reads it, so please please PLEASE comments on my post.
